Topic: help

This is 100% unrelated to IC but i need help on this i have no idea about computers well only the very basics.. and well I logged on to my latop yesturday and some pages like google and facebook wont work now this page(ic) is fine... and i can use my internet like normal but i if i try and go on facebook or yahoo they just come up as loading for ages and do nothing... i am using a wireless connection but i have tried another laptop on it and these website work fine :s i really dont understand this... ive tried resetting my router turning it on and off all the usual stuff but nothing seems to work... whats really weird is i thougt it might be something to do with the amount i load on a page but i went onot shockwave game which usually takes awhile to load and that was ok.... any help i will be greatful for!

One possibility is that your wireless card is inferior to the one on the other laptop. Try using your computer in another location with wi fi.

maybe its on your ISP...maybe they have problems connecting to google or facebook

its randomly happend it use to work just fine. whats even stranger is i can search for certain things on google and they come up but others it will just load and nothing happens...

someone else has said that actually on another forum. asked them how i could sort it out and he didnt really know. He said its proberly just not refreshing. is there like anyway to test if it is the dns or something ?

Oh I know, its probably your adapter, if it feels even slightly warm then unplugit and let it sit somewhere cool for about half an hour, trust me I had the same problem
