I guess ICC is a lot about activity since optimization doesn't play such a large role on short-rounds. Does anyone disagree?

Flint does his homework.. but there are many other variables which he can't control.. and nobody else can.

and why did they fail noir? if I recall it, flint forgot to change his race from wardancers to the race he wanted. He wanted the pop boost, lol.
