game dose not return funds on pre-builds if you change your mind and cancel your order before game start.
Is this something new, before you would receive all your funds back, now nothing

It's workin ok for me.  Even mid-round should be 75% returned.

Is anybody else seeing this?

Ok.  Working now.  Mabey it was just a glitch, or wifi connection was lost.  No idea what happened, was on the road when it happened
