Supernova Round 27 open for registration.  Highlights are below:

Qezians on Vacation

Not by choice, but some of the new galaxy code doesn't play nice with how Qezians are handled.  As a result, this is a regular-races round.

We'll be looking to restore Qezian-only as an option for SN28, but for now we'll be trying our hand at a more diverse solo round.

System Variety

As with Andro, systems are set to have a wider range of planet counts; anywhere between 1 and 8.

Rebalanced Defensive Options

Cores have been dropped from 3 to 2, but Defense stations have been raised from 1 to 2.
