I've got most of the votes in my small family.  When do I receive the leadership options?

You need atleast 3 votes and majority after that, then if you log out and back in you should be leader.

Constantine I  I'm in 4051 family in MW we have no leader, I'm the most active, 2 have voted for me, is there something that can be done

Problem in MW is that there are 2 fams that have so many inactives, that the requirements of selecting leader by voting cannot be met anymore. Mod needs to change votes to make you leader. Than you can kill them off.
