This has been done before but #general was talking a lot about it earlier and the consensus seemed to be that lots of people want it again. Pie/mods pick a leader for each fam (6-8 fams?) and those leaders have a playground/fantasy style draft of picking each player to be in their fam. Maybe leave a spot or two in each family for randoms so not everyone needs to get in the drafting forum. Since tons of people bought VIPs last round, there's no reason to promote getting VIPs until the round after next. Maybe require all leaders to have VIPs. I think players would get really involved and it would be interesting to see what everyone really thinks about players' reputations in the draft. I think it would also make competition very even and do well to educate newer and less experienced players since every family will have good players (unless someone is really bad at drafting).
