Topic: To I like pie, or any other mod

We are not able to move our first ds in the game.
There does not seem to be a trigger for it
I don't want to be banned for spamming,
I have posted this twice before, but have received no answer in the last 2 days
This seems to have been a problem since round 24.

And the total lack of feedback continues!

Why are the broken pieces not being fixed, instead of this push push push to completely update the game. If you don't fix these problems first, what the point of launching a new game with bugs already in place

yeah, yeah, yeah, your the best in the game!
But have you played against " Chuck Norris ! "

Re: To I like pie, or any other mod

[moved to bugs]

You won't be banned for spamming, no worries.

For bug reports though, the best thing to do is to post it in the bugs forum.  We're not guaranteed to see it if you post elsewhere.

As for how work is prioritized, it's a mix of bug fixes and updates.  Both happen, but there's a lot to do in both lists.  Unfortunately there is no guarantee that any specific change will happen within a specific time frame, including this one.

Thanks for reporting it.

Re: To I like pie, or any other mod

If you prioritize it low please mention DS ain't work when opening a galaxy.

Its a very strategic piece. If its not available it could affect start strategy.

Its also expensive. You have fams buying an additional one at tick 1 or before moving their first DS. These desinvestments should not be possible  if ds is not working.

Re: To I like pie, or any other mod

Mentioning a bug when opening a galaxy would require knowing that it exists.  Given that I'm unable to predict the future, I'm also unable to tell you guys in advance about bugs that I don't know about at the time.

Unfortunately that means for SB this situation was unavoidable.  If this bug isn't fixed in time for the next galaxy opening it will indeed be noted.

The frustrations are valid, and a fix will come when I have time to look into it.

The prior bug, I thought was fixed. Meaning this is a completely new bug.

[13:43] <@RisingDown> never thought i'd say it, but TBO actually did something useful.

Re: To I like pie, or any other mod

The real solution here is obvious: I need to spend 100% of my time building an improved bug tracker from scratch.

That's the ticket!

It doesn't say fixed. And, i was indeed going to react i reported this before smile

Personally thought disabled DS was a setting due to HC Tri.

Re: To I like pie, or any other mod

To be honest I haven't seen that one until now.  Looks like it was reported before I took over.  Not that it's an excuse, but I'm sure it's one of many that I just haven't had time to even read about.

The bug tracker thing is only half a joke; we need a better way to report bugs.

99 bugs in the code that I wrote,
99 bugs in the code;
Take one down, patch it around,
137 bugs in the code that I wrote.

I disagree.. The real solution is cloning!

With 20 of you, the options are endless!

Yo, I update IC so sloppily that it ain't even funny.

I write so much buggy code you could call me "Bugs" Bunny.
