I'm afraid 81's tenacity to drag on our war is to blame for it, or at least is the reason. 79 just wants to keep up with us in my opinion, hence why they upped that number of planets they want - or need - from you it seems. I'm doubtful whether a starburst round win is worth what some people might call farming and possibly even more people call dishonorable play.

Ok first off. After first 36 hours in the war was won. I took icd and pitbull back to their core leaving all their bankers and ressies alone with no protection.

I portal their spread and gain more shares rhen start of war. 

We offer nap. Base on my shares. That I can take at any moment. 

They could surrender these.

Its not like they are winning in any ways  we are claiming our planets. Either by force or surrender.
New morale systems make a little harder. 

The number goes up as pit dearth and other attacker holds onto over 100 retakes.  And drag the war on.
When simple payment could be made
