Updates

Mobile Quick icons

On mobile, you can now save up to 3 pages as "quick icons" for your top nav.

Resources update after submit

Your resources bar now updates appropriately after page submits.

Database snapshots

Certain galaxy/fam/player data is now being tracked on a per-tick basis.  This hasn't shown up on any pages yet, but will be powering upcoming features.

Post-round redirects

Accessing your empire post-round will no longer send you to old-style error pages.

@Brett you can just use the menu on the left and select "rankings".

I did like the option that allowed us to go from family page directly to rankings, so I'm hoping the absence of this link is only temporary.

Might be a week 2 update, but:

First of all, I would like to say that I like how family rank (networth, size and score) have been added to the family page and the renewed online tag.

I'm not so sure if score should be shown per player though. It might discourage teamplay for newer players as they will see individual score as an achievement and will even want to score as high as possible within their own family.

If you do decide to keep it, please reconsider the ordening. Currently players are listed by player score, which - in my opinion - is confusing. It has always been networth (networth includes all the elements already), and gives a better view of current values within a family.

Gotta agree with Orion on this.

Score within a fam means absolutely nothing.  Bankers will always have the highest nw and attackers will have the lowest.  Some players are required to stay small to attack, but they contribute just as much to the fam as anyone else. 

(on a side note, while i try to check other fams from the "top list" it always sends me to my own fam page)

Score is under consideration for being removed entirely.  I agree that Networth is a better reflection of actual empire value.  It's even in the word: "net" + "worth".  See this thread for more info.

Related to the score stuff: the fam page will be receiving minor updates as time goes on.  I'll take this into consideration, thanks for the feedback.
