Funding science no longer shows an error.

Incorrect infil date formatting

The Infiltrate op now shoes correct date information on your target's reports.

I there a way to get a message notification back on the mobile version.  On the pc version your side bar is right there and you can see it.  On the mobile version its not, so it can be easy to overlook the messages tab.
