there should be a link with a support email address or someone to contact for new players and randoms that what to change their name or race. Or just to ask basic questions. I had to ask around for a lot longer than necessary to find it for a noob. Just wondering how many possible new players we have lost because they log on and have no idea what to do or who to go to for help?
