The ability to surrender (delete) your empire has been re-added but with a new limitation: players who delete will not be able to rejoin the galaxy they deleted from until the current round is over.

The new guide is up at https://imperialconflict.com/docs/guide.php and can be contributed to here https://github.com/ImperialConflict/doc … rce/guide.

The site navigation has been updated:

  • mobile: the top bar has been reduced to 2 icons with your empire information in the center

  • desktop: the icons in the top nav have been moved to links on the side nav

Planets page population improvements

The planets page now includes some additional info:

  • Planets that have achieved full population now show the population value as green.

  • Planets that have not yet achieved full population now show their percentage to the right of the population value.

  • Your empire's max population is now visible on the bottom your planets page.

Isn't EOR very long? Why not make it 48h or a full  week? That should be sufficient to counter delete / rejoin abuse.

Additionally, Will this apply for inactives as well? If not, our inactive problem will get bigger. They could choose to either delete and not play the round or go inactive and rejoin after being kicked 48h later.

Re: W51 Changes

It doesn't yet apply to inactives but eventually will.

Regarding the timing, it is harsh but it's appropriate given the severity of the action.  Deleting should be seen as more of a round forfeit than a mechanism for eventually retrying in a different family.
