Topic: V2 Layout observations

I feel much of this new layout is not space efficient. I access this site exclusively on PC so perhaps these are not issues on mobile, but here are some suggestions I will post as I come across things.

If you drop the padding on the side bars you can get everything down to a much more reasonable size. Personally, I think the goal in V2 should be to eliminate scrolling for everything other than reports. All the menus and build options should be visible without scrolling.
