Topic: [FIXED] relations page Fatal error

I get this error now when I press the Affairs of state tab; (on new interface)

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare isGlobalPlayerLeader() (previously declared in /home/stefan/imperial/public_html/v2-relations.php:649) in /home/stefan/imperial/lib/v2.lib on line 53
