Topic: Morale per attacker

I want a function added in attack, for how much morale it will cost the other guy to attack me back

So where it says "attacking this planet will cost 5 morale" i want it to also say "them attacking back would cost X morale"

That seems like something that would be private information. Perhaps an op that could determine it.
