I want to have this.

Idea.  In advanced builtsection. Select multiply planets and have an option demolish infra.  This  gives a new page were you can set percentages or totals to keep for selected planets.

It was my idea Light Guns, No stealing it tongue. I would find it very helpful. Since we have the options to mass build whatever % we want up to a point, we should be able to demo the same way.
