I think, like in most governments, the bottom families should get "kick backs" for being poor, and the top families, a little more taken from them.


Like bottom rank family gets a 30% increase in resource production for a small time,
2nd to bottom gets 20%
3rd from bottom gets 10%


Top family gets a resource cut of 5-10% for a small time
2nd rank fam 2-5% cut

I've been in both top and bottom families.. I think it would help "level" the playing field, tbh.
