part of your nw problem is from over jumping....

with 8 fams they are trying to discourage mass napping (both literal and figuratively)

instead of fam it should be personal nw/pcount  it is due to the transition from SS to attacker/banker system and then further changing to hardcore attackers who do not keep planets therefore making the morale system completely broken.

the problem is trying to find a way for people to have fun, but with so many low skill players farming it is hard to find a solution.
