Opti was related to Warsong wasn't he?  Wasn't there a 3rd in their group?

There was a whole conversation here that tangentially involved me and I had no idea.

So hi old people!  Apparently I've not played for 6 years.
I'm 36 now, and so very old compared to many of those I work with (and for), and play sport with.  I have a wife, and a 3 1/2yo son, and a house (and a big mortgage) and all those adult things that you get to do when you aren't playing IC 15 hours a day.

Primo has the correct info regarding my family.  Opti is still restoring classic Mini's, has now 3 kids with my sister.  I saw Loth a couple years back when I was up that end of the country.  He is still alive, that's about all I could tell you.
We are from New Zealand, which is not Australia.  There were a lot of kiwi's floating around.  I'm not directly related to any other ones, though I know or have met several others.
I don't really keep in touch with anyone, but I'm always happy to have visitors should anyone find themselves in my part of the world and need a place to stop for a bit.  It's quite nice down here.
I am friends with Pie on FB if anyone wants to track me down through that thing.

This used to be the best signature ever, but after several years, a mod noticed it had a swear in it, and removed it.  I am happy to see they are paying attention.

If you had only continued playing IC, your wife and children could be living on entire planets instead of one measly little house. You messed up, Warsong, admit it. If you are ever out near Starburst, give me a call. I can set you up with some nice Living Quarters for the week.

Yeah, we don't keep in touch because it's better not to.  There's no animosity, we just live at opposite ends of the country.

I did get a haircut.

I am playing currently in Supernova.  It is pleasantly laid back.
