Apparently the number of systems posted was off slightly, and so there is a new announcement in "Announcements."

These are the current stats..

Besides there seems to be a max of 10 planets per system. haven't found any with less either so there should be (655 - 75 core systems) 580*10= 5800 planets to battle for.

seems about the same as last round?

I turned it off and that fixed the issue. Not sure if turning it back on will help
