Haven't had a new TV in years so have gone out and treat myself, here is what I bought.

Total cost about £840


Not bad at all actually for a 4k Ultra HD TV + Home Cinema Package + Brackets + Cables + Surge Protector.

Never had a LG TV before but it got really good reviews so thought I'd give it a try.

Bit of an upgrade as well from my old 32 to 49 inch

Fairly sure my girlfriend will steal the remote hmm

Crazy how much the cost of 4k tv's has gone down in the past 18 months.

What i would give for a 4k 120hz pc monitor for below £500.... 


But is 4k tv not the new HDready 720p ?   8k is the next one?  You dont see much 4k content so maybe they are holding off for it

LG is pretty good but I prefer the Samsung UHD4K. Still a good buy for you!

Arby: A very strict mod, reminds me of a fat redneck who drives a truck around all day with a beer in one hand. I hated this guy at the start, however, I played a round in PW with him where he went as an anonymous player. Our fam got smashed up and everyone pretty much left. Arby stayed around and helped out the remaining family. At the end of the round he revealed himself.... My views on him have changed since. Your a good guy.....
