Not sure how out of context anything was taken, "we're doing this war to win size" is still "we're doing this war to win size"

You're fighting someone that, going into it, you knew wouldn't be able to fight back... You told them that you're only doing it to win size...  What other context would your statement be taken in?  Judging strictly by what he posted it doesn't look like you're going to farm them down to 100 planets at all, it just looks like you're going to farm them to the point that you can win size...which is what you're doing.  He doesn't want you to win size because if you do win size it will be because you did it dishonorably.

So what other context is there?

you had over 1400 planets when we canceled on you, and gave away 300 to 56 all over your core before our nap expired.. We only took 100 of you so far, and it was this easy cause you guys desided to only build agents and wizards instead of an army.

If I was on first tick of war I would have jumped but figured my fleet would have just been ate up by the time I got their anyways.

you had no savings? then why didn't you grow for a single bit during a 2 week war we had with 56?

Dont feel bad for me though, you might have "won" the round but might aswell have at least 2-3 really active players leaving this game cause they really can't be arsed to put up with this crap.

as some said before, this game is not about winning or loosing anymore. But until i can play this game without getting a stab in the back round after round i'll be good without.

Yes I will be gone after this round. Not because of what sharks has done this round. it just seems that it is the same thing over and over. You can't teach new players anything now because everyone who joins is expected to be the best player around. If you don't log in for one day then your whole round can be ruined which is crazy to think. To many people think winning is the only fun part of the round. I haven't heard of anything good being done for anyone in I don't know how many rounds.

Then you have people like IC Death complaining they are going to quit - this was what just last round? then you join to ruin someone round. Then you quit and join sharks and ruin my round and whiteheavens and TYMO and epiknicedude? People that have been around since the beginning of IC. Sorry don't mean to intentionally point you out because most of the time i like you and you have actually been good to me in the past but this is just a shining example of what goes on now a days.

So round after round I ask myself why do I put time into this game and it has really been exemplified as of late.

FBI i know its a game and i know you want to win but you've been put in the leader position because you are suppose to be trusted in what you do. if you want to nap you nap and tell your fam after. you said nap for 50 planets i said yes and a day later we are down 100 more planets and still asking for 50 naps. Its that type of shit that just gets to me.

49 won't win size...besides they already had their assets whooped..they can't take on any bigger fam..low level of play by far

I've tried to explain the problem, but I don't think anyone heard.

You expect people to act "honorably".  But what we, as a community, have done is to change the word honor to mean an imaginary set of rules.  And then, when other players don't follow the imaginary set of rules, you get upset.

I can only speak for myself.  But I will not follow an imaginary set of rules.  It's not because I need to win.  It's because I don't believe a game can be run that way.

Write the rules down, and I'll agree to follow them.  Show me the rules.  As an example, where in the rules does it talk about farming, and where does it define farming as 15 %.   That rule doesn't exist.
