that always happens scouty, but people really like to call the vulturing card.
from what i've seen there has not been extensive "dishounarable" behaviour this round. which is a good thing i'd say.
besides that nobody has complained about morale yet.
Last round i've seen the upside, the advantage it gives you as a small, or even single man, family.
This round i'm seeing the downside. But as far as i can tell it only prevents me from farming the smaller fams. and that is exactly what it is supposed to do.

The problem we ran into for a while, and still run into to some extent, is that an opportunistic veteran in a tiny family can terrorize big families. My hope is that between adding the core systems which theoretically double the morale cost to target infra planets and families knowing that they need to be on the lookout for snipers in small families, this will be resolved.
