Topic: I did it!
In December I got a letter from my lawyers office and today we followed up on it.
My Patent had a large number of the claims disputed, where we attempted too broad a venture. A sentence will fix them.
However two claims were admitted. In using color to encode and store data I am going to be the patent holder.
This is so big a deal. The human eye see's 10 million colors, aka 23.5 bits approximately. Since this is 700nm and lower if we use 700nm as a size for features this means I can encode on an inch2 (25,400,000nm2) 30,941,346,938 bits or about 3.86 gigabytes per square inch on.. plastic, glass, resins, etc. A deck of cards, two sided, with my data would be 3.5 terabytes and it would cost about 50¢ to $2 in materials.
The start of my Patent getting done is here as we will separate this one and file a continuation on the others. This one gets through as a start, a start I can definitely believe in.
I did it, I hit it big. I expect the formal Patent issuance in about April after conferring with my attorney.
Kemp currently not being responded to until he makes CONCISE posts.
Avogardo and Noir ignored by me for life so people know why I do not respond to them. (Informational)
