exceed the core agreement was written up about 4-5 days after SOR because how close our HS is.  Knowing ICD he didn't put it in forums, so you guys probably had no idea it existed

Im done with cloud.  I will pay 100 planets to any fam every round that you kill him off.  Guy is a waste and a drain.  Feel free to nuke,op and attack him to dust.  I will give any info on him i can.

I did quit the game 3-4 years ago. Been here since the beginning of IC! I quited because of private reasons, the fact that the game was changing played it's role as well...
Being here this round confirms this (It's even worse then befor ) ! people need to realize they're ruining a verry good game! Taking half the p count from a famely , still taking planets ass we speak. Theese things don't make things better! I'm done with IC, I'll try again in a few years ...

Yeah same here.  I quit a few years ago and decided to give it a shot again.  Now i am getting farmed by the top fam.  Get opped daily so my pop is kept at zero.   cant even build defenses because i have no income.  why do people even bother anymore.

then go make some retakes. stop being a bunch of pansies. you low ranked fams have no idea how much power you have with moral loss. i want to be in a low ranked fam next round. I can't even make more than ten attacks a day and im in the bottom half fam.

Their bigger - they'll have bigger fleets but moral still runs everything.

I think they should cut fam sizes to 5 next round, it seems all competitive fighting ends after 2 or 3 weeks and the remainder is just slapping small fams and doing econ jumps.

Yeah Tymo, really.. I'm just stating what I see,  which is too many families Napped to each other, or allies.  I think less families might improve competition, might lower farming.  Worth a try perhaps.  I see your war Tymo, but be real with me, one vet to another..you have done very little fighting for a long time.  A lot of people in these forums are spending a lot of time justifying their actions when they are clearly unjustifiable.  However, smaller families is a method to balance the game out again.

Eugh Tymo, you are not understanding the point.  I know war is not fair, I know war has winners and losers, I'm barely playing this round, I am just making an observation and suggestion that having smaller size fams would encourage a bit more competition and give each family more potential war targets, rather then running out and resorting to attack smaller fams.  Actually my post is intended for mods to read since I no longer use chat and to debate between themselves.
