Joe, I went to a nutritionist last year when I actually had money. The diet she put together included 5 fruits or veggies per day. Only three starches, 2 proteins, 3 dairy, 3 fruits, and 2 veggies. Btw, hamburger buns count as two starches. Anyway, that was back when I had money. Now I'm broke and the cheapest stuff is the stuff that aint good for you. Go figure. ![]()
