The previous attempt at sign-ups for SD resulted in insufficient families signed up.  Moreover, with the length of time it took to try and find enough fams, some old family sign-ups are obsolete.  We're going to try this again with a somewhat different build.

Format as follows:
3 man families. You can either form your own 3 man families (yes fully-drafted, no VIPs needed) or alternatively you can add your name to a list from which random families will be created.
There will be a longer pre-registration period to let you organise teams - as such, start/end dates for the galaxy will be confirmed at a later date.
A thread will be created in Universal News in which people are to post their families.  If any dispute arises as to what family a player is in, it is the duty of that player to confirm with a moderator which family they are in.  Teams have until Friday, October 23, to register.
