to another bunch of criminals.

getting the benefits with state law.

Neither obuma or the supreme court has the legal power
to make law.And the only way they can make  a change
to the constitution is to add an amendment to the
constitution.  You have to have  three fourth of the states
agree to it then it is law.
  The constitution is set up that way to protect the people
from big government  would be dictators.

gay marriage a constitutional law and congress
does nothing about it proves  the united states is no
longer a republic.

Okay then... what about the associated legal rights and rules that change in marriage?  Are you saying the government has no right to define what individuals are entitled to, for example, file taxes jointly, have right to the assets of another person who dies, file bankruptcy jointly, be subject to special communication privileges in criminal law, etc.?  Nearly every area of law has special rules associated with married couples.  Doesn't that establish a state right to define who qualifies for those special rules?

Most of what you are saying should and is covered
by state law.
   For political and power grab reasons the federal
courts are making a mess of things.
   But everything you mention is financially based reasons.
 
Guys are not looking for equal rights. Guys are wanting
superior rights if it wre not so they would be asking
for a change in the law and not a change in the constitution.

There is a huge difference between a law and a law that
makes a change in the constitution. Gays do and can have
all the benefits others do without making  a illegal change
to the constitution. Now that the supreme court has made
this new law the way the did. Gays can now force their  life style
on others and. Now have made their self a protected class citizen
this grants them more protection and more rights than ii or any other
none minority citizen gets. Gay also get to persecute
christions and they are doing so now.

In the united states their is no equality anymore.
The constitution  and the bill of rights is what use to be used
to help protect equal protection under the law. This is what a supreme
court judge said.  The supreme court is now making laws
and we the supreme court are enforcing the constitution.

what truly is going on. Obuma has used the  same sex marriage
law to destroy christions and destroy the constitution.  Clearing
the way for muslim law.   Now  obuma can make any law he wants.

--> Obama cant stop the killing of christians in the middle easy because everyone is trying to kill everyone in the middle east. Not to mention that if he tries to stop the killing of christians in the middle east, that means he has to stop the killings in africa, china, and all the other countries and continents that this kililng is occuring. This also includes America as many god fearing christians are killed here as well. If he cant stop the killing here, then what chance does he have anywhere else? Plus putting troops in harms way is also killing potential christians as well.

--> He's playing the politics game. Cuba is a great example. He wants to be seen reconciling with past enemies to show he's a strong president.
