Topic: Maximum morale loss

Back in the old days of IC morale was not limited.  If you had 20 morale planets you gained 20 per tick.  Things changed, limits were enforced but I feel morale loss was neglected in this change.  If we are limited to 10 morale gain, we shouldn't have to suffer such great morale losses when attacking those small intruders in our cores. 

I propose a maximum morale loss of 25% per hit.  so even if you have 500 planets and your enemy has 2, you will only lose 25% for the hit. 

The sentinel tag is a wonderful addition but if you lose 75% on 1 hit clearing your core...it becomes a rather redundant solution.

capping at 5 morals is pretty low.

also I feel that there use to be way more morals planets.

Also maybe adjust sentinel moral loss? so hard to keep up with clearing small players and I don't think that the idea of a sentinel should be that you also have to stay small....

Keep it as is (except maybe not as severe a morale loss), and allow attacking with negative morale, whereby attacking (and defending wink ) with negative morale causes an equivalent percentage of the attacking (or defending wink ) units to disband before each battle phase.

Remove the morale planet bonus limit. Now that ops cost morale, they are beneficial to everybody in the fam and not just attackers.

Arby: A very strict mod, reminds me of a fat redneck who drives a truck around all day with a beer in one hand. I hated this guy at the start, however, I played a round in PW with him where he went as an anonymous player. Our fam got smashed up and everyone pretty much left. Arby stayed around and helped out the remaining family. At the end of the round he revealed himself.... My views on him have changed since. Your a good guy.....

I like it they way it is. If you have a lot of small intruders then get organised and clear them as a family. It's the only thing that protects smaller families atm and it's a great way for an SA to infiltrate bigger families.

With the small player base, you can't always organize as a fam since you don't always have enough active people. And sometimes the ones you have refuse to listen/take advice.
