Topic: Time for IC 2.0
I suggest the following process for game development of IC 2.0:
1. Make a corporation 2. Develop a presentation that doesn't give too many details about the game concept 3. Get funding 4. Start marketing and building the game.

I think IC 2.0 could be better, though. The question is, is there the political will to make IC 2.0?
