Yes.  If you actually lived all your rights according to the constitution, wouldn't they start taking more of an interest in you?  For instance, to maintain your right to privacy, in a country where it is legal, you might start wearing a mask in public so as to protect your right to privacy from the ever-watchful eye of CCTV cameras everywhere.

where i live its legal to wear a mask in public. its just against the Law to wear a mask while breaking the law.
