I checked forum if this had been mentioned but i couldn't find it anywhere. It started a few days ago, was fixed for a day or 2 and returned. Normally you starve your population if u don't have enough food for them. So no message in HQ or in Council that my pop starved and income is cut in half. Checked my income and indeed dont lose income if i starve my pop.
