This happened to me in supernooba, do you have war declared?  I declared on a big guy in supernooba last round to create a confussion, and the confussion was created on me, because that instantly put me in his range, no matter I had not attack or op him at all from the start.

The bug consists when you declare war you are putting yourself in range, unless your are below 25%  (still the damn bugger war range since Obama was black!).  I posted this in bugs, the range should be set at 50% for wars (always 10% less than the normal range), I sent personal messages to certain mods to fix it, no answer, and lately all I get from them are ridiculous bans.

If someone uses a multi to opp your fam into range, you can´t be fast enough to rogue him before that. Do you think anyone would wait to get more agents or wizzies than the original 10 to do the job? Initial ressies are also enough to do the job of failing in any offensive opp.
