@ Revenant. I wonder how the 1 week delay on attacks / ops came to be. Could you enlighten us?

Maybe its and Idea to present 3 setups next time in forum and have a vote on it before you setup next round.

However, I am really curious to see how this is going to work out. I think the delay will mainly benefit already good players.

LiGhTGuNs the galaxy is made for new players too.
this way they can get 3 cores and learn to play the game.

how can a good player benefit from this? he explores near others and he can portal in 1 week? but that everyone can do. but if a noob fully explores a system he will be protected.

at least with the 48 hours you can try to clear him before his portal comes in,
if you want to be a dick you just send explos next to everyones hs, will be fun to see how many players are gonna complain they're getting raided
cause a better player has an easier time to set up future raids now

never the less,  it's good to have a change, i'm curious what the round will bring

and why was virgo cancelled for newer players?

not only does it give 'noobs' a good chance at getting 2 further secured systems it also helps them as the better players should be well out of range by the time a week has passed. leaving them more protection to try the game out.

If you own a complete systems (all the planets in it) for 7 full days it will become a core system. Core systems of which your home system is 1, cannot be attacked.

You can have 3 core systems (including your home system).

I like we don't have to worry about using resources to build lasers for a week. I always build too many.

lol i epic failed my start of round, the 7 day no attack thing should be interesting. interesting to see what people will do, hint hint, there will be couple hour window where people try to have their first couple systems go protected core, lol should be interesting to see

From the looks of things Supernova has 20 contenders (20 people had more than 1 planet at tick 8 when I checked)
In week 13 its 30 people, so we got 10 contenders
Rank 31 too rank 45 are either inactives or players with a shitty timezone for IC's SOR!

Arby: A very strict mod, reminds me of a fat redneck who drives a truck around all day with a beer in one hand. I hated this guy at the start, however, I played a round in PW with him where he went as an anonymous player. Our fam got smashed up and everyone pretty much left. Arby stayed around and helped out the remaining family. At the end of the round he revealed himself.... My views on him have changed since. Your a good guy.....

Yup, the idea was to give everyone a chance to basically set up where ever they wanted, and then see everyone just go all in war..  Will be interesting wink.  Hopefully a few will enjoy it smile.
