it happened a lot of times. i didn't login for months

Not IA Dimpel, belayed nap payment is allowed, although it is in a grey area. Been checked and ok'd by the mods before.

In a round a long time ago where GxReborn and Devilz decide to kill a fam half their size to try and steal size win. that fam who was 72h napped with me, asked the mods if it was ok to pay my fam 400 planets as belayed nap payment. Strangely they couldn't find anything illegal. Didn't happen though as I didn't want to win that way. But looking around in the game these days with such a small base of players and a couple groups/islands in them. This set up almost asks to be abused for people to come out the better of it or teaming up on some other player.
