I merely noticed that if you were able to take that many planets from 570, your nw would be high enough to be in my attacking range.

Lol I saw you took planets from Moon when I woke up and since I knew Moon was a lot bigger than you I checked you and him out. Saw you were in range, checked my systems for you, cleared you than I declared on you?/507 so that the war declaration bonus kicks in which safes me precious moral when attacking. If you want a better explanation have a look in the old ic guide or the FAQ u wiki page.
