Topic: Demand for Mod Adjustments

Its Total BS about how these Mods are nowadays.. so lazy they dont wanna do any work.. logging in to mirc and idling constant hrs outta the day.. its so many excuses they come up with.. back in the day if a mod couldnt be active enough to hold his position they would just naturally step down.. nowadays they just sit and do nothin and login 1-2 hrs outta the day..

Today, i say this is unacceptable.. people cant get anything properly done use to be mod avaliable atleast 1-3 hrs.. hell now its like 12-24hrs.. we need new Management..

Anyone care to voice their opinion on this matter besides me.. i say we take a vote and swap out some of these mods.. they are useless

4gays comment, so I guess I need to join to balance it out with my awesomeness. I've been joining iRC lately again, and even actually playing a round. KT and nick are the only active mods I see. They are both USA, so looks like we need a euro and oz mod to either commit more time or bring in some new blood. Now, mod work isn't the easiest, and learning the interface isn't a walk in the park, but if this game is to survive on its last leg then we do need some change. Leadership sets the tone of how we move forward. If we can't get that from the owner, then we need it from the mod team.

Arby: A very strict mod, reminds me of a fat redneck who drives a truck around all day with a beer in one hand. I hated this guy at the start, however, I played a round in PW with him where he went as an anonymous player. Our fam got smashed up and everyone pretty much left. Arby stayed around and helped out the remaining family. At the end of the round he revealed himself.... My views on him have changed since. Your a good guy.....

agreed it will be more today watch.. i use to see nick alot more often but i barely see him now.. i just think personally.. that when we select mods they have to be able to put up a certain amount of hrs a week, day or something.. its sad u have to practically hunt down a mod and beg them to do work almost..

I dont know why we do even call them mods, when theres nothing to mod anymore. I agree donald would do a good mod, no jokes, hes one of the few still addicted to the game and very active to be in irc the whole day to attend player requests, and hes been here for ages.

I will be mod! Why settle for the lesser evil or the slow death?

My platform? TO abuse all mod powers and troll everyone. I would delete everyone's accounts and play this game myself! I would win every round - including all the past rounds!!!

Ha ha even i could do it, but not with the chaotic structure u have right now. The problem with mods is that not everyone should be on irc all day, so set 'communicators' to be online and attend player requests and then pass the info to upper levels where KT and some other who knows the code can do the job.
So the new jerarqy would be fmods -> communicators -> mods -> stefan

They don't have to be replaced, they just need too add at least 2 active mods to the mod team. How can you expect for this game to gain new players when the ones that join now have very little chance of getting in contact with a mod in irc (within the first 48h)?
