Well again WiWi is running the show with infra he may not be in top lists ATM in cash but that's only because he has just come out of a war with #366 do he is sitting on some major fleet don't piss this guy of right now is my advice . Very good spread and his activity is second to none! Think he gained around 50 or so planets from his war so a lot of fresh planets there to pump his infra. I'm going to say this is the guy to beat! Winner of the round

Right firstly I'm going to say this panic he does NOT come in peace! I'm not saying who this is but it's pretty obvious if you have been playing ic for a while! Again very good spread and good activity. He has controlled the cash all round with his popping and not letting it go easily, and i expect that pop to be very well defend. I'm going to say he is going to finish a very very close 2nd sorry

Well I'm not to sure what to say tbh. My last PvC I thought he cut corners to get up here but I'm going to say he has a pretty solid infra and a very good fleet. I still feel he has a pretty compact and spread which is perfect for defence but a little harder to launch these attacks. Saying this I know this guy can attack so I'm not writing him off I'm going to say top 5

Slowly getting up the ranks. Got very good spread and his Econ is Pretty good in most of the top list in the gal, Still the vote is out here on weather it can be sustained or if he will self implode Got a very big p-count just hope there is enough defence for his spread with good diplo I'll say top 10 still lol

Ok well I saw him do a raid earlier but can't remember on who though so pretty aggressive kind of guy nice big spread here so has a nice long reach. Highest P-count in the galaxy and I'm guessing quite a few will be empty planets so watch this guy jump back up soon his Econ is good moving nicely so a strong guy here. This is hard but I'm going to say he will finish around 6-7

Right I still log on and check for this guy all the time he scares me at times with how aggressive he is lol his Econ had been suffering at the moment but I suspect it won't be for long his spread is impressive and his p-count is very good ad well. I know this guy can attack so watch him rise quick soon I'm going to say he will finish 3-4th.

Been growing nicely and catching up pretty well. Now I know who this guy is but is not very well known to most people. He can attack but I'm not sure what will happen if WiWi comes and says hello but I'm guessing there is some sort of NAP there he has very good spread also and is still spreading a solid player here. 5th-10th I think

Right this guy has me speech less at times his Econ is solid one of the very best in the gal. The only thing I worry for is he has not built enough defence to catch up thus quick. If he has then I'll be amazed! His spread is tight will be hard to break down but I think it will be hard for him to attack others either. Top 10

Ok not one of the strongest econs out there but he has some very good spread. He has a nice healthy strong fleet to kick some people if he chooses to which will keep him safe while he works on it make no mistakes if he doesn't build Econ the fleet he has now will not be good enough when the boys above come sniffing. I think a solid 12-15

Ok one of my favourite family's and people this round and I have a few I like this guy he knows how to attack and knows how to infra whore but has kept his NW low so he stays in certain peoples ranges. Has a an incredible spread which will make him one awkward person to attack and his P-count is Hugh. I'll say around 10th but I don't think he is going for NW win

Decent Econ here but has been very sloppy in the past 24-36 hours he needs to up his game to stay where he is! But decent p-count and a nice little spread so not a easy nut to crack, has been falling in the rankings lately so I think his activity has dropped if so staying in the top 15 would be an achievement!

Right he has an amazing spread but lacking on his Econ if he can refocus his efforts on jumping his infra for a few days he will be jumping up the list quick. My only fear is his spread is mixed in with a few of the other top players so not to sure he has the time to jump that infra. Again 10-15th would be good

This guy needs to jump that infra quick I think he is a little fat for that p-count v NW and he has spread across a little in the middle. Got to be aware that he is probably out of range of the top few guys so needs to play smart here. He knows how to attack or at least be a persistent retaker at least so will be an annoying target so no free planets here mid teens I think for this guys finish.

FINALLY the reason why I did a PvC for the top 16 lol. Right if you don't know who this is then I warn you do not think this is a easy target! His round was screwed by some guy at SoR but is now starting to recover excellently needs to do what he does best and spread to be able to start those attacks, we all know he can attack so if you see this guy pop up in a lot of your systems start building fleet his NW v Pcount is small so very slimline I'm still hopeful and I'm saying at least top 10 maybe even top 5

Not sure who this is but he is in a few of the top lists so his even is pretty good not sure about his attacking power but I know when someone came knocking he had no reply so for me I think he us trying to infra whore his way in to the top 10 I'm afraid that will fail my friend but good luck mid teens again as I don't see no attacking thrust here.

Ok one of my other favourite players! There was 2 guys I said would be in the top 10 come EOR and this is one of them! His Econ is hurting right now after his war with WiWi which you can probably guess did not go well. But he will recover and I have faith that he will. Still an amazing P-count so will be back in the top 10 very quickly! 5-10 at least and you have a fan in me
