Topic: Can't change password...can't join galaxy

So I have played on and off for years. I tried using my old account with my Gmail account. Couldn't remember the password so I tried to change it. Awesome plan except the new password the site emailed me doesn't work either. So I created a new account under my other email (no I'm not a non VIP multi threat). It told me with my new account I'm playing in a galaxy right now with another account. WTF? I haven't played for 2 years now. can some mod up in here hook a brother up. I just want to get in by the reset

Come onto chat and we can discuss it, without further information I can only guess that you were trying to join Starburst which is currently full. There are still ghost spots.
