means your  HS is protected from the beginning (no ops/attacks) and you have to fully explore 2 other systems and hold them for 7 days. after that 7 day period they become marked on the map (like hs) and are protected.

fyi its risky not lasering to be cheap and try to hold for 7 days tongue i've raided a few who try that big_smile

& wiwi i did the same, explored like 4-5 ticks late
