Topic: Exploring bug? (starburst)

when you send out expo's and send to a planet a family member of yours already sent to, you should get a message about it.

i didn't get that message and as a result the cash spent on it is lost. was this a bug or is the message not there anymore?

just saying so others might not have the same unfortunate problem.

you know the month, the year, the day of the week. there is a clock on your wall, in the dashboard of your car.
you have a schedule, a calendar, a time for dinner. yet all around timekeeping is ignored. Birds are not late, dogs don't look at clocks, cats don't fret over passing birthdays. Man alone measures time. Man alone chimes the hour. And, because of this, man alone suffers a paralyzing fear that no other creature endures.
A fear of time running out...

Ok this has been questioned before, and mods will tell thats completely sure the message does exist, altho it is on the same format and size of the message u get when everythings alright.
However, i have the feeling that the message does not appear when the explos are sent in the same tic (both your fam member's and yours).
And i have this feeling for 2 reasons:

1-it happened to me not long ago.
2-there have been other issuey related to info updating at tic when they should be updaated instantly.

So yes there must be a bug in this case, mods please investigate.

they have to check the function(data) to see if is ok.

and @Render it is a bug because it update at the tick, not instantly
