If you have so many wiz that you are sure you'll kill pop try visioning with 1/3 . If you fail he doesn't know and you can build more. If you succeed then you should be good
And 1.5 m wiz isn't that much. You want to bring popper from 30m cash a tick to negative we'll it shouldn't be easy considering it can completely cripple a fam
for agops its : 50% of ags succeed at infil and you have a very good chance to pull off such ops as destroy $ and destroy units. You also have enough ags to nuke and sab, but as always, the chance to get a freak fail goes up for these latter 
I'd use 25% of my wiz on a vision to confirm ES, OH, and other such ops.
I made that
i visioned with 25% and succed, tried a storm with 50% and succed, used 100% for a hypno, 1 succes and 3 fails (with 2 mil wizzies).
and if you need 2 mil wizzies to cast 6 hypno (1 random fail), and after random fails....dunno if it worth be a pax.
better play as pure pop, get to 30 mil income, and get 2 mil wizzies and nobody in hell will get you down.
so.....where is the reason to have 2 oppers race if is so hard to cast an op?
same for infiltrate and nuke. i succed on nukes, and fail on infiltrate 5succes, 2 fails ?!?!?!
Yeah, hypno's are bugged as hell, that's why no serious Pax will ever use them. Ask Wendy if you don't believe me!
The infil thing seems off, has always worked for me in the past.
I tell you random fails are no longer 1/7 sinze mods inkreased the amount of available ops for supernooba from 7 to 10.
random fails proportion were inkreased too, tho nobody in the modteam notized.

You aren't hinting towards random fails having been "increased" from 1/7 to 1/10, are you?
no idk how muzh it was inkreased, thats something mods will have to find out and fizz, maybe its 3/10 now as an overall for all the gals not only in SN, sadly Torqez is not here to ezplain.

ur case makes sense to me. i tried this too, using pax with 2.5million+ wizz (SB round 4 i think under devilz's leadership) against a top banker, i lost lots of wizz due to failures in casting spells. how can a top pax (myself in that round) with 70% magic bonus and more wizz than anyone else fail often? i had no clue, i just stopped opping.

lol my komp keyboard is still broken so I still miss the "see" key and the "eks" key, I often use kopy+paste from klipboard when the post is important.
However when you see I'm typing ok in non-important posts thats bekause I'm using my phone, and I have all the keys there

nah, thats coz its a smartphone, so at least one of you is smart
