it goes both ways render.

the last two rounds i have had smaller players that i've attacked drop out of my range, then decide to explore all over my systems all round long, save up and jump and raid me. ruining all the hard work i have put in to build it up for months on end.

you look at it only on the bigger player side. yet you dont moan about what you did to Jok. You dropped a load of nw to avoid being attacked, and in turn used that to attack someone else??! You are a friend but that is freaking hypocritical.


on a brighter note, i've fought nearly every fam this round, those who were bigger smaller or my size. its been a bloody good round & i think i might hold onto the pcount win.

If your point was at me dropping infra these last ticks, hell not like it mattered, with 3-4 ticks left i wasn't gonna need my infra. Couldn't even get in range anyways tongue

I agree and I am ashamed about it, never intended to do that move on purpose, had to drop a lot of NW to get out of Devilz range that seemed to be abusing a range bug, but then I found myself in a risky situation with Jok everywhere in my kore, he'd only need a standard fleet jump to kill me, so I had to akt first.

No, its not pointed to you, its pointed to the general gameplay this setup has kreated, you say you dont need your infra, then why did you waste your time and efforts building it?? that's my point, it bekomes a stupid game.

I'm actually a fan of the 60% rule. I wasn't at first because of what Render is saying. But I've found it requires MORE strategy and planning than low NW rules. Here is why...if you infrawhore and grow too big...no one to attack. If you stay small, then you can get farmed yourself. The trick is riding the balance.

This provides a challenge for hardcore players like us, but provides more safety to noobs. Of course, sharks are everywhere but that's part of the game.

Render i only said i didn't need it because it was the last 3-4 ticks of the round. i already had my jump aid and if anything it just gave me a higher con bonus.

i agree with gef. 100%

& Render, i know Jok, if you had asked for a nap I'm sure he would have agreed to one! HE worked hard most the round to keep below a lot of peoples ranges. and nearly succeeded to pull off a nice pcount!

I was Captain Picard of the USS Enterprise.

Had a good showing at the start b/c some people refused to retake planets off some early raids and I really lost interest during the last 2 weeks of the round.
