Topic: Portal Costs

i go to build a portal on a planet thats 100%ob - costs 184k gc
i go to build a portal on a planet thats 150%ob - costs 194k gc

doesnt seem right?

Ok now I had 154k but built a portal supposedly costing 195k. Wtf is happening?

I think the cost it shows include OB costs, however OB costs aren't charged on Portals. Could be this.

I always use mass portal function to select and then portal as it is cheaper and charges you at one price for all of them.

If you portal it by hitting build portal, the ob cost does get charged.  It's only if you use the mass build function to portal that you don't have to pay the ob cost.

THe OB cost and empire networth extra costs (including reduction from con science) will only aply to the 15000 gc base value and ofcourse the resources. But not for the 1000*planets part.
