Also Lee it is lying and doing underhanded moves like this that turn people away from the game. I remember a time when a move done like this would have other fams teaching the offending fam a lesson.

Guys, in the end all it comes down to is war. This game is about war, and if you feel the need to undermine relations with 2 families at once, prepare to feel the consequences. 10396 was backed into a corner, and did what they had to do to squeeze out of the situation. I'm not a fan of that tactic, but it is well within the rules. You also have to realize, you should always leave your fleets hovering just for THIS scenario. I doubt they would have backed down from either NAP with us (dimpel's) OR devilz's family had we both given them a 2 hour deadline to sign the NAP or attacks resume. Yes what they did was sly, wormy, under-handed, and immoral. But it's within the rules and in the end, it was OUR fault for not leaving fleets hovering over their ports. That being said, RESUME FIGHTING!!!! MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

issue came from disagreement internally on whether to nap or not at the time people in channel agreed for nap hence messaged dimple in good faith and passed lsit of planets to Dimple i was expoing to pay part of the compensation.
(those planets now taken obviously as near 98 as intended to pass)
Nap couldn't be signed then as extra planets where asked for which prevented nap being signed there and then in game.
Then other Vl's and leader came back and decided to fight so i was out voted and the war we are in now started afresh
much as i may disagree with a lot that's happened im a family guy and will back up what leader and others decided

he simply lied to you all, I tried a zease fire several times in our konvo and he said NO, I told him to send me a msg if he ever zhanged mind, in the meanwhile the war is on, these are his words --> "we are having fun, you are our fun"
