^this is the only flaw I see, the previous round there were planets to ezplore the last day, there's no ezplo phase, all the round is an ezplo phase.

Appart from that, the 75% nw limit looks interesting to test, shows some balls finally from the mod team smile

(I'm not playing, btw, but I'll follow this thread like watzhing a movie)

well wont the 75% nw limit make it so the big guys cant farm as much and therefor needs to focus more on getting more expo's out to stay big and sexy tongue

Agreed but at some point you want the top fams to battle each other for planets cause theres nothing to gain from exploring anymore. Now you can have someone who doesnt take a single planet whole round long and still manages to end in the top

its ~125 planets each, so if most are active there will be more even in the top and you will have a more even figth overall.. i havent played this game for several years, but i do think its still the same.. the top has always been signing nap's all over, and generaly just farmed smaler fams/players.. now the best players will win, and not the one that had the easyes targest in Close range at start of round, so he got a jump start on the rest tongue

A full round of expo allows late joiners to still play. It makes perfect sense.

Also, I just joined. I'm in from the start now. You're all screwed!

Arby: A very strict mod, reminds me of a fat redneck who drives a truck around all day with a beer in one hand. I hated this guy at the start, however, I played a round in PW with him where he went as an anonymous player. Our fam got smashed up and everyone pretty much left. Arby stayed around and helped out the remaining family. At the end of the round he revealed himself.... My views on him have changed since. Your a good guy.....

ya this lower NW attacking sounds good in theory but all thats going to happen is

A attacks B

B gets mad gets small Devotes round to ruining A's round.

Maybe it will force people to napping before they take to much and totally piss someone off.

i think it will suck to be top 5, this round, as somewhat little people can explore all on you,

round should be interesting to say the least, cant wait to see how it plays out!!!
