Topic: Stationing Troops.

I'm ported in a system yet still takes one tick to station. What up wiv dat? I think it was mentioned earlier...? Is there a fix on the cards or is this the norm now?

It's not meant to be this way - but this one requires Stefan to take a look.  Does need to get fixed yet.
