This just came into my head but IC could create a new tag specifically for people who want to help the game or bring new players into the game.   

Like a reward for those who can prove they have helped the game, advertized the game, brought new player to the game and so on, and I do not mean brought 2 players to the game I mean a lot.

Not sure if I am explaining this idea right other than to say a special tag system for such people could help create a willing set of people to help the game.

Like saying:

Motivated to help the game / But also motivated by reward
