Was not much of a war really more a brief battle.

We 70 had all we needed, had plenty of savings, beat 67 fair and square on rezzies

I also out jumped them by a fair amount and we had more than enough to jump other people.

But sadly at the last moment (due to personal problems) a few of our family member's had to go inactive

In fact so far this round one of our players has just had a new baby join the family, one is seriously ill in hospital and still is as we speak, another ended up in some kind of fight seeing a friend get badly hurt. oh and on war night I had a date but was back in time for the war lol.     So sure struck like lighting by inactivity so it all ended up rather one sided.

HOWEVER.............

We fully expected 67 to see the inactivity and just roll straight over us.

Instead however I get a message from IC Death basically saying

"We have noticed the inactivity in your family, this is not fair, do you want to NAP?"

So basically 67 showed us some mercy

I say that because at heart it seems they were actually looking for a honest and fair fight, they were looking for a challenge and a struggle, once they noticed our players inactive they offered us a way out, and that is fair and respectful of them.

I would say this round has been funny.

We 70 tried clearing 67 at SOR and we failed

67 Could have come after us and would have won

Instead they understood we were just clearing our core and they showed mercy

Later 71 and 67 went at it seeing our core pepper dashed with them as they fought

Once we noticed things were slowing down a bit with 67 & 71 we hit also hit 67 to clear our core

At that point we could have carried on hitting 67 but it was not fair so we backed down

70 & 71 against 67 was not fair so we backed down out of mercy

NOW we have come full circle and its 67 showing us mercy lol

So far I'd say all the top 5 have played fairly with each other this round, no one has totally destroyed the other so also nice to see a bit of mercy and fair play from the leaders and families, good show chaps

I'd say for my first full round back its been fun

Will also play next round to continue my stalking of Devilz as probably land right next door again lol.

Its been a good test run so hoping next round will be the real test for me and our team

so 67 and 70 war is over then ?

I am not really a popular player back when I was playing IC from 2001-2004 but like u guys, I came back (started halfway last SB round) for some reason..nostalgia maybe?
