What percentage of nw does wizzards need to be for space amazement to work?

1% of your NW  you get it for sure (appart from the 1/7 random fail you'll always have, no matter the amount of wizzs you have).

tho I got it kasted with 10 wizzs for a nw of 10k  (that's 0.1%)
Magik bonus helps a lot.
